  1. The working principle of the piston type micro vacuum pump is based on the reciprocating movement of the piston in the pump chamber to realize the suction and discharge of gas. The specific process is as follows:


Piston motion: The piston moves back and forth in the pump body. When the piston moves towards the bottom of the pump body, the volume of the pump chamber gradually increases, forming negative pressure.
