1. The working principle of the piston type micro vacuum pump is based on the reciprocating movement of the piston in the pump chamber to realize the suction and discharge of gas. The specific process is as follows:

Piston motion: The piston moves back and forth in the pump body. When the piston moves towards the bottom of the pump body, the volume of the pump chamber gradually increases, forming negative pressure. Because the gap between the piston and the pump body is very small, it can effectively prevent gas leakage.

Valve control: The suction end and the exhaust end of the piston type miniature vacuum pump are provided with a valve that can control the switching state. When the piston moves to a certain position, under the action of negative pressure, the valve will open, so that the outside gas enters the pump chamber; When the piston moves to the other side, the valve closes, preventing gas from back flow.

Gas pumping: through the continuous reciprocating movement of the piston, the gas is pumped in and out periodically. When the piston moves upward, the gas in the pump chamber is pumped into the pump body; When the piston moves down, the gas in the pump chamber is compressed and discharged from the pump body.
